THIS GIVEAWAY IS ONLY VALID IN THE UNITED STATES. IT IS VOID IN PUERTO RICO, AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. THE CLOVER WORKS INC. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING YOUR LOCAL LAWS REGARDING THIS GIVEAWAY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS GIVEAWAY, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND AGREE TO HAVE CHECKED YOUR LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. BY ENTERING THE GIVEAWAY, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION WITH NO CLASS RELIEF AND TO LIMITATIONS ON YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.
Eligibility: The Clover Works Inc. TCW 001 Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, who are licensed drivers and of legal age (at least 18 years of age) to enter. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules, and winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements herein. DO NOT ENTER THIS GIVEAWAY IF YOU ARE NOT A RESIDENT OF THE USA.
Giveaway Period: The Giveaway period begins at 12:00:00 AM Mountain Time (“MT”) on March 3, 2024 and ends at a maximum of 11:59:59 PM MT on March 2, 2025 (the “Giveaway Period”). The Clover Works Inc. computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway. The Clover Works Inc. reserves the right to shorten the giveaway period if and when the maximum 10,000 entry goal is met. All entrants will be advised within 24 hours of this occurring via The Clover Works Inc. social media pages and website.
Two Methods of Entry:
No Purchase Mail-In Entry: To enter without making any kind of purchase, on a plain piece of 3”x 5” paper, include the current giveaway name you wish to be entered into, hand print your complete last and first name, street address, city, state/province/territory, zip/postal code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), entrant’s email address plus entrant’s telephone number including area code. On the opposite side of the entrant's entry, in at least 50 words complete the sentence: "I want to win The Clover Works TCW 001 Giveaway because...". Mail the entry in a #10 business-size envelope with first-class postage affixed to: TCW001 Giveaway Entry, 330 E Costilla St Colorado Springs, CO 80903. The outer-mailing envelope must include a valid return address, which includes the entrant's last name and first name. Mailed entries received without a verifiable and legible return address will be deemed incomplete and invalid. Limit one entry per outer-mailing envelope. Bulk shipments (multiple entries in one shipping package) will not be accepted. Mail-in entry, including outer-mailing envelope must be handwritten. No mechanically reproduced entries or metered mail permitted. Each mail-in envelope will count as 1 entry, provided that the mail-in entry complies with the above requirements. Statements in mail-in entry must be original from any one entrant in order to be eligible. Statement must not reflect negatively upon The Clover Works Inc., the giveaway, or any other person or entity. All mail-in entries postmarked by the giveaway end date, March 2, 2025 and received by March 12, 2025 are still eligible for entry if the predefined goal of 10,000 entries are not fulfilled by the Giveaway period.
Mail-in entries that are not in the format specified above, that are illegible, inaccurate, incomplete, or reproduced via photocopier or otherwise will be considered null and void. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Not responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, misdirected, postage-due entries or entries not received by the deadline. All material submitted becomes property of The Clover Works Inc. and will not be returned. No correspondence will be acknowledged or entered into; requests for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged.
Conditions of Entry: If in the The Clover Works’ opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Giveaway, or if computer viruses, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway, The Clover Works Inc. reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process and void any Entries submitted fraudulently, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway, or to conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all eligible, non-suspect Entries received as of the termination date or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate. Should the Giveaway be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on The Clover Works website and social media pages. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the prospective Grand Prize Winner based on an email address, the winning Entry will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY YOU TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM YOU TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
Random Drawing: One (1) winner will be selected using a random number generator as each eligible entrant will have a randomly assigned spot number. The 2nd and 3rd place winners will be selected utilizing the same method of a random number generator. The odds of winning are 1 out of 10,000. The Clover Works Inc. reserves the right at any time during the Giveaway to increase the odds of winning but shall never decrease the odds of winning. Meaning, The Clover Works Inc. can decrease the number of entries, thus increasing the odds of winning for the current entrants.
Winner Notification: The potential winner will be contacted by email and/or phone and required to complete and return necessary documentation within 7 days of attempted delivery. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Winners will never be notified and contacted via social media of any kind and request payment conditions for the Giveaway award. Never provide any sort of banking information or issue a payment for the Giveaway award
Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will choose to receive a customized pre-owned car valued at approximately $60,000 or the $25,000 cash out option. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the prize, as well as any additional expenses related to prize acceptance and use. Prize will be delivered to the Winner "As Is." The Clover Works Inc. is not responsible or liable for any warranty in fact or in law, relative to the vehicle, including the fitness for purpose or mechanical condition. Winner must provide proof of a valid USA driver's license from their state of residence in order to take delivery of the vehicle. Failure to comply will result in a forfeiture and another winner will be selected at random.
Limitation of Liability and Release: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the The Clover Works Inc. from any claims or liabilities arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
Privacy: Personal information collected will be used for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and prize fulfillment, in accordance with The Clover Works Inc. Privacy Policy.
Choice of Law/Jurisdiction And Dispute Resolution: All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and entrants agree to resolve any disputes through arbitration in Aurora, Colorado, in accordance with the Official Rules.
Severability: If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Winners List and Official Rules: The name of the Winner(s) will be posted on https://thecloverworks.com and all related The Clover Works Inc. social media sites. The Official Rules will be available on the website throughout the Giveaway.
